2013 Las Bonitas Chardonnay, Napa Valley
ALMOST SOLD OUT! ONLY A FEW BOTTLES LEFT! This Chardonnay owes its style, depth, and structure to intensely flavored, low yielding, heirloom clones growing in two Carneros vineyards: on the Napa side, the Toyon Farm and on the Sonoma side, the Sangiacomo family's Vella Ranch.
Tasting notes from winemaker Ken Bernards: This wine has no oak influence as it is 100% stainless steel fermented - making for a very clean, crisp chardonnay with great minerality. Aromatics of melon, citron notes and orange rind with fragrance of cardamom, brioche dough and a beautiful, mouth-filling finish.
