The 2007 Twenty Rows Merlot is crafted from carefully selected grapes to yield and intense, deeply colored wine with concentrated aromas and flavors.-----Fermentation: Careful tannin management is an important factor to our producing powerful, yet elegant wines. Our fermentation is completed in the barrel, which accelerates early integration of fruit and oak. -----Winemaker Brian Nuss’s Tasting Notes: The Twenty Rows Merlot is a big dense wine with layers of cherry, blackberry plum & mocha with a hint of tobacco.
