The 2007 vintage continues to confirm suspicions that it will be remembered as the vintage of the decade. It delivered Team Showket perfectly ripe Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc, and it shows in the finished wine. In addition to the hallmark black berry and cassis aromatics, this vintage shows hints of violets, tobacco and cedar from the premium Cabernet Franc. On the palate, it is very round and seductive. It starts with a lively grip and gains size and depth as it opens up. It will be a perfect complement to hearty dishes, but can also stand on its own.
