Shipping Policies

Vintner's Collective is permitted to ship wine anywhere within the state of California.  However, due to ever-changing shipping restrictions that are determined on a state-to-state basis, it is best to contact Vintner's Collective directly to inquire about your state's availability.  Please send an e-mail to shipping@vintnerscollective.com or call 707.259.1980 with your shipping questions.

Vintner's Collective does ship wine to international addresses. Please contact us by telephone for international shipping arrangements at 707-259-1980 or shipping@vintnerscollective.com.

We strongly recommend that our customers ship to a business address to ensure that there is someone 21 years or older available to sign for the order.  By placing your order with this winery you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old.  When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

Please note:

• To protect the integrity of you wine shipment, we generally ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.  All orders not received by 5PM Tuesday will be shipped the following week unless otherwise specified.
• All prices are listed in US dollars.  All orders will include delivery charges, and applicable sales tax.
• Customers accept separate billing charges by assigned shipping company.
• You will receive an e-mail confirming your order.  If the items are all in stock, this will be your only confirmation.  If items are currently unavailable, we will contact you to make you aware of the delay and the options available to you.
• Help us help you best.  Please provide a valid and complete e-mail address that includes the "@information" (for example: name@somethingorother.com).
